These guys are great! Easy appointment. Both the estimate guy and the tech arrived on time. Work was smooth and effective. Price was reasonable. Will not hesitate to call them again.

Our experience with Glass Doctor was fantastic! Whenever we encountered any issues (on our end), they were incredibly understanding and supportive. They even accommodated our schedules. From Melvin, who came out to measure our windows, to Troy and Eugene, who installed five windows for us, they were all personable, respectful, and genuinely humble. They spoke highly of the owner, whom we haven’t met yet, but based on the leaders he’s hired to represent his company, I’m confident he’s a good person. Thank you for everything - The Nelson’s

Highly recommend Glass Doctor for glass replacement. We had 3 windows that needed glass but the window was in good shape. Glass Doctor came out, measure and provided a quote. The prices were very reasonable and after ordering, they came out to install. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. I would definitely call them again.

I had the most incredible experience with Glass Doctors of Raleigh and in specific, Cole Crews. My parents were in the process of putting their home up for sale when a stray golf ball from the driving range hit a side panel in their front window. It was terrible timing. Cole came out on a Tuesday to install the glass, but it wouldn't fit because the frame wasn't square (the house is 22 years old and settled). I was so worried because the photographer was coming the next morning to take photos for the listing which was going live the following day. He moved Heaven and earth to make it work. He got to the Glass Doctor shop at 7 am, ground the glass down so it would fit, returned to my parents house at 8 am and got the glass installed mere minutes before the photographer showed up. This level of service and the kindness he showed me and my family deserves way more than 5 stars! Absolutely awesome! Thank you Glass Doctors of Raleigh. And THANK YOU Cole Crews for being amazing!

I had my glass shower enclosure replaced. It took five weeks to have it made, but worth the wait. Arturo did a nice job installing and I now have a smooth functioning door. Would use Glass Doctor again.
